We arrived in Temecula for a vacation, and I needed someone to fix a bad haircut I got before leaving on our trip from Tennessee.
I looked up salons close to our hotel, i saw how happy clients were with them, and they took walk ins!!! We went straight to the salon even before checking in at our hotel. My husband dropped me off and went to check in at the hotel, and when he came back, I looked like I should have after my last cut in Tennessee!!! Let me share my incredible experience at Smith Salon with you! After reading rave reviews, I knew I had to give them a try, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I met Crystal, I felt an instant connection. I was aiming for a beautiful balayage after dyeing my hair auburn, and Crystal worked tirelessly with me through multiple sessions to achieve the perfect blonde I'd been dreaming of. What amazed me most was how healthy my hair remained throughout the entire process. Crystal's talent, kindness, and genuine personality truly shine through.

And then there's Arhiell – what a gem! During my recent haircut, Arhiell took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She asked all the right questions and made sure she understood my vision before even picking up the scissors. Arhiell kept me informed every step of the way, even showing me how much length she planned to cut before making any changes. I left the salon feeling absolutely thrilled with both my experience and my healthy, gorgeous hair!

I moved to the area a year ago and I was so nervous to try a new salon and stylist and I honestly don’t know how I got so lucky to have found Smith salon right away. I’ve had a few visits with Arhielle and I’ve always left the salon with my color and cut being exactly what I’ve wanted. The salon itself is very clean and comfortable and all of the stylists are very welcoming, and you can tell they really enjoy working with each other. My most recent visit was with Lily and again I left the salon completely happy, she did an amazing job on my balayage and my cut and my highlights are just beautiful. They are also the best priced salon I’ve ever been to and they stay very consistent with their prices never adding extra charges or trying to push you to buy extra stuff.
