Most clients book a facial every 4 to 6 weeks. That matches the natural turnover cycle of your skin, so each visit builds on the last. If you are working toward a specific goal, like clearing congestion or getting ready for an event, your esthetician may suggest visits a little closer together for a short stretch. -
Do you offer facial packages or series?
We do. The Glow Up is a day package that pairs a haircut and blowout with our signature Glow Lift Facial in a single visit. We also offer four visit series for every facial on our menu: the Glow, Balance, Hydra, and Renewal Series. Do extractions hurt?
Extractions are the part of a facial where clogged pores are gently cleared. You may feel brief pressure, but they should never be painful, and we never force an extraction. If your skin does not need them, we simply skip that step. -
How should I prepare for my facial?
Come as you are. You do not need to wash your face or remove your makeup first, we handle all of that in the chair. The only prep we suggest is pausing strong products like retinol, exfoliating acids, and scrubs for a day or two before your visit so your skin arrives calm. -
Can I get a facial and my hair done in the same visit?
